I am passionate about working with people to eat more plants. I work with people that have hypertension to enjoy food.

My Story

My passion is to work with others to prevent and reduce their risk of heart disease and hypertension.  I believe plant based eating helps us feel better while contributing to your healthier life.

You might find me training for a marathon and shopping at the Farmer’s Market on a Saturday morning.  Or checking out the latest plant based foods at the local Food Coop .
